TV Tuesday: I Recommend The Following ...

So, if you're like me you don't watch much of tv - but with things like netflix and hulu plus (thank you roku), you're all for it. I've watched different tv shows that were cancelled (some weren't worth watching anyways) and some that are still going strong (though it's time for some shows to say goodbye).  These three are all Science Fiction shows that I wouldn't mind watching years from now.

1) Today, i recommend you Sci-Fi, time traveler loving-geeky-nerds to tune in to the Syfy channel and watch Continuum! I've been holding out on this show for like years, along with others. If you're all for a badass cast, and a very strong female lead then this is for you. From being a proecter int he year 2077, Kiera wasn't suppose to return back in time to the year 2012 along with the criminals, but once that happened she's been trying to return home to her family, to the time she's known. The more time spent in the past, the changes happening to 2077 will never be the same if Kiera can't save the present, to get back to the future. I'm already on season three, and Carlos is bothering me every chance he gets lol - like Kiera was always the original - shut up, and sober up.

2) I also have been catching up on Bitten (i've been dodging this due to the whole werewolf craze - which annoyed me) though some of the acting isn't all the way there - do check it out. Once again there is a female lead, and kickass cast of werewolves (not blood related, but pack related) Logan is my favorite.

So when Elena was bitten .. it was a miracle that she survived- being the only female werewolf (ever) tries to leave it behind to live a normal life, but obviously things don't work out so well ... being the only female people are after her to join their pack, and will do anything for that to happen. (well, from what i could sum up)

3) Thanks to Misfits (watch it!!) ... I've been following (somewhat) some of the actors, and the projects they've done. When my little brother told me that Simon (Iwan) was on a show (mini-series) called Residue (there seems to be a film, too. an explosion happens, yup, the government is behind it. photographer Jennifer captures bad spirit like (residue) in each photo she's taken of people effected by the explosion - she goes out to find answers, and well you must watch to find out more) on Netflix - i went to check it out, and now i can't wait to see if there's another season.
